Our construction process is a crucial aspect of our work, and we strive to make it as seamless as possible. With a dedicated site supervisor overseeing the progress, daily reports with site photos are shared with our clients to keep them informed.

The process includes excavation, waterproofing, piping, layering, finishing, plumbing and electrical works. The services we provide are carried out by licensed workers and are fully insured.
The process

  • Excavation:
The first step involves excavation, where our team carefully shapes and prepares the space for your Bio.Design pool.

  • Waterproofing with EPDM Membrane:
To ensure a durable and watertight pool, we utilize a high-quality EPDM membrane, which is expertly installed to provide excellent waterproofing.

  • Piping and First Structure Layer:
During this phase, our skilled professionals install the necessary piping inside the pool to ensure proper water circulation and filtration. Additionally, the first structure layer is put in place to establish a solid foundation for the pool.

  • Finishing Layer of Sand:
A layer of fine sand is meticulously applied to create a smooth and comfortable pool floor, providing a pleasant experience for swimmers.

  • Plumbing and Electrical:
Licensed plumbers handle the installation of all plumbing components, such as filters, pumps, and water features. Simultaneously, licensed electricians set up the necessary electrical connections, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the pool equipment.
The technical sheets show that the waterproofing liners are superior to those used in traditional pools thanks to an elasticity of + 300%. Furthermore, they have a higher resistance against UV rays, ice, chemical products and a longer life.
